About Home Theory

Home Theory started as a side project born out of a very ordinary problem. We as homebuyers ourselves, trying to navigate the maze of HDB rules and conditions. Every time we thought we had an answer, we'd find a caveat we'd missed, because the rules are genuinely complicated and scattered across a dozen HDB pages.

We decided the better answer was to build something that gets it right once, for everyone. So we built a tool that asks the right questions, applies the actual rules correctly, and tells you exactly what you qualify for — no guessing, no outdated forum advice, no sales pitch.

Home Theory is still small, but our team checks the rules against HDB directly, and we're building it the way we'd want it built if we were the ones figuring out our own eligibility at midnight before a big decision.
